Beaminster Singers formed after the cast of the 1987 Beaminster Community Play stayed together to sing. Since then, the group has become a feature of the town's musical life, giving two or three concerts a year in the town and surrounding villages.

In Dulci Jubilo
- 13th December 2008

Recent performances have included Haydn's Creation, Brahms Requiem, Haydn's Little Organ Mass and Te Deum, Vaughan Williams Mass in G, Bach's Wachet Auf, Vivaldi Beatus Vir and Mozart Te Deum. In 2008 we marked our 20th anniversary with a concert featuring Mozart's Requiem.

On Sunday 11th July 2010 we performed in Milton Abbey, in a concert featuring Haydn's Little Organ Mass and popular choruses from oratorio and opera.

We also perform in local festivals, at fund raising concerts, dinners and ceremonial occasions. We are available for private bookings at weddings and memorial services, where we can advise on the choice of music and arrange soloists as well as singing hymns and anthems.
